Hi, i recently have been dealing with ads. Everytime I finish a challenge, I cannot jump to the next one because my display turns black and them my phone says that the app is not working. Do you have any idea of what could be wrong?
I am playing with a Lg magna. The device is android. I hope you can help me
The game I love, but I'm thinking of eliminating it because for a long time after a challenge instead of getting the publicity my screen is totally black and I have to get out of the game, this always happens after a challenge. I hope they can solve this problem. Thank you

I've been seeing ads that are concerning me for "YOU CAM Makeup". Although at first I found them annoying, as I see them more and more, I notice that they ALL feature fairly young girls, making the ads seem like they're directed at pedophiles. I really think you should drop these ads until they start featuring more mature looking young women.
I am playing on iOS 12.1 I have been dealing with stupid pop ups to add a stupid app during a game. I’ve asked 2 players if they experienced the same issue and they said no. Please fix this issue. Thanks.
I am having the same problem as john above me , the ad music playing at the same time as the song pop tune , there is no video just music which makes it pretty impossible to play the game iOS 11 iPhone 6 and latest version of song pop 2.08.01.008 please fix
I play Song Pop using my iPad on using the lastest iOS and occasionally the ads play at the same time as the playlist I’ve selected which is very annoying, any chance a quick fix please

Oh, there's nothing worse than an ad interrupting your gaming flow! I've been there too, especially when I'm in the middle of a challenging level. Recently, I've been playing SongPop and also waiting for the Hollow Knight: Silksong download, and I've noticed that ads can be really intrusive. To report an ad, you can usually click on the three dots or the "X" in the corner of the ad and select "Report" or "Hide this ad". If that doesn't work, you can also reach out to SongPop's support team or check their FAQ section for more guidance. Hopefully, you'll be able to get back to your game without any more interruptions!
It’s really annoying when ads interrupt your gameplay! You should be able to report the ad directly through the SongPop app or contact their support team for help. On a different note, if you’re looking for something new to play, Hollow Knight Silksong is highly anticipated and could be a great addition to your gaming lineup. Hopefully, you get those ads sorted out soon.

My songs load slower now b/c of the ads. The song will start but I can't click on the right answer b/c it is loading so slow. I am on a desktop computer!!! Help. I want to go back to the regular song pop. I do not like this new one. Where is the option??????
It’s outrageous. I’m playing songpop every day, I have collected four musical notes, and yesterday when I didn’t have time I entered game to get bonus and go out, but I didn’t get it, and when I tapped on daily bonus songpop showed me that I already had it. So with pure soul I went to my affairs. Today welcome 1$ for a missed day. I’m not greedy, and 1$ it’s not much, but the thing it’s not fair! It’s really not fair. I’m really sad that I don’t want to play now, and to buy vip again. I hope that this problem could be solved

Hi, my account name is beth.crandell- I can continue to play on my phone if I login via Facebook. I play on my iPad and an ad for a financial service has frozen the screen. It's black, has a 5 (seconds?) in the top right corner and'ads by Google' top left, a white pause/play in the centre, a speaker symbol bottom left and bottom right is 'LEARN MORE' which I went to try and find a way out, there wasn't one. I took screenshots of both pages, meanwhile I can still play on my phone via Facebook, I can't see or hear as well as I'm used to on the iPad. I thought playing on the phone may unfreeze the iPad game but it hasn't budged. Can I attach screenshots here? And however it happens can you please fix it? The ads on SongPop are becoming too intrusive to want you to play. I have also noticed your 'playlists on sale' have a lot less songs on them, now you can master a play list in a day. I thought make enough by all the in app purchases and advertising space you sell. I think the least you can do is exposure it's running right. I'll try and attach those screenshots but please fix it, it happens too regularly. Thanks, Beth

I was playing on an Android device running the latest version of the app. This happened on the Android platform. I'll submit a ticket with these details. My device is Android 6.0 platform Sony Xperia.
Everytime I finish a challenge and press next, my phone display turn to black and rotate to landscape. I must turn off Song Pop app and re-open it. Is it an app error? 1 day I have nearly 100 challenges so open game 100 times is disater. Please repair it asap because I love this app very much.

There is an ad that it gets my screen go black and I can't continue with the game. I have to close the app and open it again to continue. This is very annoying, I've been thinking to uninstall all the game cause of that. It happens not once but several times in just one game.
