App Not Loading
I’ve not been able to load my app for over 48 hours! I can’t get it to go past the start up screen before it shoots me an error. I don’t want to lose all of progress, and have to pay to keep it all.

you have to pay for the missed days in daily bonus if you have already used your free save and for those of us who have racked up hundreds of days we dont want to lose those days and the extra bonuses that come with reaching that level and go back to day 1 again so we pay for the missed day, unfortunately when you can eventually get hold of songpop support by asking for details on the facebook page, support does not fix the problem they do not reinstate missed days caused by their errors or money you spent on missed days they just hand out some extra tickets extra game coins and vip for a few days , which doesnt even come close to making up for losing the perks of having signed in every day for a year or more and having to start again.
