I wish I knew. I can’t find a way to email or report the problem. It just sends me to this forum. I had to pay, or lose over a year of progress.

My game finally loaded after 3 days, and I was still charged the fee to not lose my progress. 🤬

App Not Loading
I’ve not been able to load my app for over 48 hours! I can’t get it to go past the start up screen before it shoots me an error. I don’t want to lose all of progress, and have to pay to keep it all.
