I finally re-booted, which caused me to lose all my opponents, however, my photo is correct. I dare not change it. I'm sure it wouldn't load properly again & I'd be back at square 1.

Hey Angie, i hear you...i've cracked it too because of exactly the same issue! I've had 2 responses so far from Songpop. The 1st guy was helpful as he explained it was an issue with a small % of players and they were trying to fix it but were having trouble 'reproducing' the issue in order to fix it. He also offered to change my pic for me so i said yeah, I'l go back to having the generic Songpop pic until its fixed and he did that for me. Fast forward 2 MONTHS and I asked about it again. Like you, I got a crappy general response and even though I said I was cancelling my VIP staus she never even addressed that. So when i got the 'were you happy with outcome' message I let rip!! I used to change my pic weekly so I am really, really p'd off! I tried again the other day but accidentally pressed 'save' so now I'm stuck with a stupid little pic in the top left hand corner of the circle. I now have a msge in my Bio saying its been months now,pls fix!! Every player affected should do same I reckon!

Widespread now? Huh! It's been at least 3 months that mine hasn't worked properly. I know it shouldnt be a big deal but it is to me! Uninstalling/reinstalling doesnt even help. Been tempted to delete my profile and start again but have too many long term opp's I dont want to lose to do that. A free month of VIP status wouldn't hurt as compensation-if nothing else.

No problem! ;) I received that message Monday so, I guess it's an issue for more people now.

I have opponents that I don't want to lose either.  I suppose I'm stuck with my weird, pixelated picture until they decide to fix it, lol.

I am having the same issue. My photo is also turning very grainy when its enlarged in the game.

I finally messaged them and got a generic answer back that said it was a widespread issue that they were currently trying to fix. That was it. :|

Sadly, yeah, you are. Unless you contact them and ask them to change your pic for you.I've also now added " :( " after my player name and will keep it there until pic issue fixed👎. For an established, popular app the time it's taking to fix it is pretty lame and very disappointing.Good luck with yours🙃

If a photo won't load correctly, it could be due to several common issues. First, ensure your internet connection is stable, as a weak or intermittent connection can prevent images from loading properly. Next, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, which can sometimes resolve loading problems. If the photo is hosted online, the issue might be with the hosting site, so check if other images from the same source load. Additionally, ensure your browser and any relevant plugins are up-to-date. If the photo is on your device, confirm the file isn't corrupted by trying to open it with a different application. Taking these steps can often resolve photo loading issues.
