The first step to receiving your tickets is to submit a request to our support team. Please include all 3 pieces of information asked for below, if you do not provide all 3 - we cannot process the request for you.
1. Your SongPop Username or Email Address you use for SongPop.

2. Your receipt or order ID number from your proof of purchase you should have received after your purchase. If you do not have a receipt in your email, please check your spam folder. If not in your spam folder we can also accept the proof of transaction on your bank or credit card statement. We do not need the whole thing, we just need the numbers associated with the SongPop order.We cannot process any sort of refund request without proof of purchase.
3. Which size package of tickets you purchased.
