I did all of that also and still cannot purchase power ups or coins

3. song pop not working

When I try to purchase powerups or coins, I'm told there is  problem w/PayPal, going of 6 weeks, but when it came time to renew my VIP, Song pop had no problem w/PayPal. What's up w/that?
