Unable to Purchase Tickets. Error Message.
For the past couple weeks I have been unable to purchase any tickets. Whenever I try to the Error message below pops-up. I have contacted support numerous times, they keep "passing the buck" and saying to contact the AppStore, they don't deal with billing. I have never downloaded it from an AppStore, I've only played in on Facebook, using my laptop. I have contacted Facebook as well, but I don't think it's their issue, since I can purchase items for all my other games without any problems. It says the App developer needs to be contacted, tried it still keep getting the same error. I want someone to give me a real answer or a fix. There is no other way to get tickets to play the games, except for once in blue moon, when they give you free ones. I am a VIP member, and am extremely upset that I'm paying for something when I can even use the full game!

Thank You all! It's nice to know I'm NOT the only one with the same issue. I have also contacted SongPop about it without an acceptable resolution. They told me to logout, log back in, uninstall and reinstall app, clear cookies, etc but I'm still getting the same error as everyone else. It's clear that SongPop needs to either contact Facebook about this or do their own investigation why the payment system isn't working and I'm a VIP as well.

April I just fixed this with another player. Same message. If you are playing on laptop thru Facebook you need to realise that access will stop later this year. If you are using Win10 on laptop then create a Microsoft account, go to Microsoft store online, download SongPop2 app for Win10. Once app installed log in with Facebook details. When you go to shop your payment details will now reference MS account. This Win10 SongPop app has most of the current mobile features and will keep you going after Facebook Flash vers stops

I have a laptop with the latest update of Windows 10, but when I tried to do what Gary suggested, it just kept saying that there wasn't a device to download it on? The only 'device' I use is my laptop. When I tried again, it keeps saying I own the App but for whatever reason it won't let me install it. I don't want to play it on mobile, I don't have a smart phone. I don't get why for the longest time Song Pop 2 on Facebook worked with very little issues, things didn't seem to stop working until they released the newest intro screen saver (the staying at home one) I personally think something with that might be causing the issues. I can still play the other parts of the games, just not the parties, since I can't purchase tickets and you can't gift tickets anymore. Guess I'm just out of luck 😠

Sounds like its already installed April. Try searching your pc from taskbar for "SongPop" and if it finds it click the link to say "pin to taskbar". Sometimes when it installs it doesn't leave a link to start playing on desktop or taskbar. Don't search inside Facebook or you will find that version.
