I Got a reply from support that its for VIP only, so after 28 days when u receive your first note streak you have the choice to become a VIP or else you lose your note streak :-(((((((((

I totally agree, songpop Player since day 1 And never missed a day for login, now my note streaks are gone since a few days :-(((
