There should be a playlist with songs by him.

  There is. Unfortunately it's not available to purchase because of some copyright issues. If you know anyone that already got it before it was removed, you can ask them to play it against you

  There are actually 2 playlists of Bowie: a full list and a Best Of list. But like Kermit11 stated anove, the lists were pulled due to copyright issues. Anyone who purchased either or both of the lists befoe they were pulled was allowed to keep them. You can put out a general message asking if anyone who has them would play them with you. You won't get the playlists yourself and they aren't ranked, so there's no badge, but you will get a listing on your mastered playlist list that you completed it/them.
