    I posted the same complaint two days ago. While in the Issues category, but it ended up posting just as a General Discussion post! Then yesterday I tried entering the game on my Android phone, it wanted to sell me a Revive for about 6 times as much as it costs on my computer! Despite that I have proof I entered the game the day before! I found an email address to send support questions, but despite that I Googled "SongPop 2", it found a Tweet from 2013 about SongPop 1 (didn't spot the date until now), and the response was "We don't take support emails at this address any more! Song Pop 1 is dead! Best solution is [This stupid useless forum]!".

    Why do they make it so hard to report issues? I don't want to write it up HERE, I don't want to DISCUSS it, I want to get the gamemakers to FIX IT! I want to REPORT it!

    I've replied to your earlier thread Andrew.  Please note references to SongPop1 are no longer valid as the game was decommisioned.  Only SongPop2 exists now.  If playing thru mobile the app has features that allow you to report problems.  On the PC version only options are ask for help here (but usually I am only one who tries to help when I can and I am just player like you) or to report problem via e-mail -

    I enjoy SongPop2 so much that I've installed it on my Android phone, but there's trouble.   On Tuesday, my Daily Bonus was a new kind of bonus I've never seen before -- my Coins were doubled for 15 minutes of play.   That was interesting.

     

    But on Wednesday, when I logged onto the game from my PC, there was no Daily Bonus, just the regular home display.  Odd.  On Thursday, also no Daily Bonus screen.

    Thursday afternoon I'm out and about, and I logged onto the game from my phone, and it says I've missed day 17!   And I've already used my Free Revive!   Now the phone wants five bucks to revive me... sadly, I can't pay that.   Turned off the phone without accepting or declining the fiver.

     

    Logged in on my PC and my powerups, coins, tickets, and Streak Notes are still in place, and the PC is not nagging me to pay for a revive.   But I'm antsy because I think it might.  I think the program behavior I am experiencing is a bug, not a feature...  if I need to ask for help, is this the right place?   What can be done administratively, if anything?
