Hi this is a discussion forum where other users (mainly me) sometimes offer assistance. Nobody from SongPop reads it so spamming every section of the discussion board with your posts wont help. It just annoys me (another user) and probably others who look here. What would help is if you bother to use the help on the mobile app and select "report a problem" or email the help desk at info in this link.
