No sound when playing a duel

There's no sound when I accept a game from an opponent.😤😬 Not each time, but quite often. How am I supposed to win with no sound, it is a blind turn 😠

  Its possibly a game problem, but more likely if your playing with headphones that the lead is broken or not plugged in properly.

  ok can you try playing on a different device, same type as you play on, and see if problem is still there.  What type of device are you playing on?
