Daily Bonus
Since the problems with loading SongPop2 through facebook I have lost the daily bonus page. I did manage to play that day by using my partners phone and also discovered I could play using Microsoft Edge, so I have not missed any days yet the bonus page has not displayed since.

Good luck with getting anywhere, i have been in touch with a ticket and they tell me to get the bonus i must play on a mobile. I borrowed my partners phone and yes the daily bonus comes up but it said i had missed a day and would have to pay to revive it. While waiting for a response from the ticket I presume it ran out of time to revive and it has now reset to day 1 and all my hard earned bonuses have gone. It now takes forever to complete a playlist. I prefer to play on the computer, i do not like the gameplay on a mobile, plus my mobile cannot get the app. I have found an old mobile that i have downloaded the app to, it has no sim card, so is just there to get the daily bonus. Far to much hassle and support say they cannot re-instate all that i have lost. Not happy.
