    Same here, I normally play on my comp with chrome, wouldn't work, tried on edge, the game worked but I have not received daily bonus since

    Good luck with getting anywhere, i have been in touch with a ticket and they tell me to get the bonus i must play on a mobile. I borrowed my partners phone and yes the daily bonus comes up but it said i had missed a day and would have to pay to revive it. While waiting for a response from the ticket I presume it ran out of time to revive and it has now reset to day 1 and all my hard earned bonuses have gone. It now takes forever to complete a playlist. I prefer to play on the computer, i do not like the gameplay on a mobile, plus my mobile cannot get the app. I have found an old mobile that i have downloaded the app to, it has no sim card, so is just there to get the daily bonus. Far to much hassle and support say they cannot re-instate all that i have lost. Not happy.

    I play every day and I haven't gotten my daily bonus for the past three days, I don't want to lose what I have please fix this. Thank you

    I haven't had my daily bonus for about 4 weeks now. I play on my mobile phone or my computer and don't get it in any of them

    Waarom is het niet meer mogelijk om de dagelijkse bonus te verdubbelen. Ik krijg geen enkele dag op gelijk welk moment geen video meer..???

    Probeer de terugknop van het apparaat rechtsonder te gebruiken, werkt meestal. Ook "Reset advertentie-ID" door naar instellingen/privacy-instellingen/Beperk advertentietracking te gaan waar dit bovenaan het scherm staat

    Thanks. Deze terugknop kende ik al. Maar dat van de Reset advertentie-ID nog niet. 😉
