Lost account
I got a new phone but when I opened up the app, it was as if It was a new account. Did I lose all my previous data? I tried to download from the cloud but same thing happened. Help, please!

Your SongPop info is kept on their servers so unless you delete your account it should still be there. Deleting or re-installing the App on your phone should not affect your account. I think problem is you must carefully read the screen first time you log in after re-installing App, so you are not selecting create new acct.
