    I deleted the Song Pop from my phone and then went to my computer and reloaded it again from iTunes. I don’t know how that worked, but it did. Good luck!

    Your SongPop info is kept on their servers so unless you delete your account it should still be there.  Deleting or re-installing the App on your phone should not affect your account.  I think problem is you must carefully read the screen first time you log in after re-installing App, so you are not selecting create new acct.
