Daily Bonus Revive Price Increase? Check In time changed?
Ive noticed the time for making the daily bonus check in has changed. There was no announcement, but lately when logging in the same time every day, same time I always have at 5:00pm, I get a message that I missed a bonus "check in" and am offered the chance to revive and not lose a check in and not lose my daily bonus streak. Now that option is $4.99, where in the past it was .99. Is anyone else having this problem? A change in the time limit you can log in to maintain your daily bonus streak for consecutive days without losing a day, and a sharp increase in the price to revive it without losing a day, thus losing your streak of daily check ins for a month, etc? If this is a glitch, it is a definite problem, and if It is a new "rule" the time window to collect daily bonuses have clearly been changed severely. I'm assuming if not a glitch, this is an up charge method to force users to pay more money (4.99 is a significant change from .99) to avoid losing their daily bonus streak. Am curious if anyone else is experiencing this and has similar reactions. Also, if Song Pop "customer service" monitors these comments/questions, can you please contact me with the correct time frame, cutoff time and method for continuing daily bonus streaks to avoid the inappropriate revive fee of 4.99

I've also noticed that the prices for "special offers" have changed (like the one for party mode where you used to get 1 hour of unlimited play for 1$ and starting last week you get a set amount of tickets for a much higher price), so maybe indeed there were other price changes. Regarding their customer-service, I suggest you use the "Submit a request" link at the top - they don't monitor the general discussion forum AFAIK.

Same thing happened to me yesterday. I am a VIP member and I'm pretty certain I had NOT missed a login AT ALL this month so to be charged £4.69 to "revive" one day is madness. I didn't login for a few days a few months ago and I paid £0.79 for each time (This I can accept, but £4.69 to revive 1 day is madness! - there is nowhere that explains the "charging structure" either)

I got a new phone & had a death in the family so I haven’t played much but I feel certain I have checked in at least once a day. Was never offered a free revive even though there’s no way way I missed more than 1 day check-in, & that 1 day would only be due to some technicality about the times I did. I declined to pay to revive because I felt this was SPs mistake but I would like my freebie at the very least...☹️
