    Same thing is happening to me with an opponent. Opponent has uninstalled app and deleted me. Nothing seems to work. No answer yet from SongPop people.

    Yes having same problem can't readd my player as we are both not available to play.ive sent emails telling them what's happened no answer aswell.they did message me to begin with to say update the new update but it hasn't worked.so annoyed because I've can't play me player anymore.lets hope they resolve this soon because like you said nothing is working my opponent deleted me thinking that they could readd me again but can't as I'm still not available to play.ive sent a number of emails no answer

    if your playing on pc then clear your browser cache eg Google Chrome go to settings/show advanced settings/privacy/clear browsing data

    i have a problem that reads  "GAME ERROR"   ...Oops something went wrong. Please try again later .  How do i fix that ?

    Does anyone know the fix for this?  I played a couple of games with a friend of mine now every time we try to challenge each other it comes up game error.

    Hi look previously I had problem where I cant play against just one player and get continual error message, they also had same problem trying to send me a game, games against all other players were working.  We fixed this by doing "game over" on each other ie deleting each other.  Then reconnect to each other by either of us sending a new challenge to the other.  When you reconnect your match & chat history  will be restored as well as no of days you've been playing.  Now IMPORTANT you must try and establish contact with the other player through some other means so you can exchange usernames to make sure you can find each other in SongPop.  Sometimes you can do this though SongPop Chat, Facebook, some other chat or email program.  Sometimes you may have a common opponent between both of you so you can find each other via their profile.  It only takes one of you to send the challenge and the other to accept for re-connection.
