Sounds of the game

on my iPad Air, I have no sounds associated with Songpop since the iOS 10 update. I have the actual songs playing, but that's it.

  There's a "Submit a request" button at the top of this page for support, they should be able to help you. The support team isn't reading the General Discussion forum.

  i can't see any 'submit a request' button on the page - at all!  why is it so difficult to get help from the support team?
