This defeats fun for users who actually pay and play for real, like myself. I've been VIP for a few years and never was tried to cheat.

  Dude, the first link you've posted is for a scam site, there's nothing real about what they post there (and I'm sure you'd agree that if there was a way to get for free something that Songpop wants to sell you for real money, they will do their best to block it).

  Regarding the "refresh and copy" method in the video you've mentioned - I guess this is a known issue but no one actually cares about it because the easiest thing to do would be to stop playing against someone who you suspect is using it. This is only an issue with the "friendly" matches, not the actual competitive party mode.

  Hey Kermi no offence but when is someone who actually works for songpop going to respond to anything on this noticeboard.  Phear Phate is a paying customer who is rightly complaining about the cheating that goes on.  The video links are just proof that it can actually happen.  A paying customer deserves a response from songpop as would anyone under any consumer law.

  And I'm pretty sure that Phear (or anyone else for that matter) will get that response once they'll use the "submit a request" link at the top. This is the general discussion forum, it's for general discussion between fans, not for consumer complaints (and I doubt the support staff is even reading this)

  I've submitted this evidence and more all year. People create side apps for cheating. Kermi...you're gullible if you think there's no cheating.

  nobody likes to play with cheaters... you can easily remove players who do that from your list, and problem solved. they will notice that cheating gets them nowhere and no one wants to be their opponent, so they'll stop eventually.

  every time I click a profile picture it is coming up warm_486900109 Ra-an L. and I know this person she doesn't play songpop 2 so why is it doing this???
