My free ticket Ad button is not showing? Is there a daily limit or a way to refresh it?

Yes, usually after a few ads you will stop getting the option to watch more. If you're playing from the mobile-app, sometimes force-closing the app and restarting it helps.

And another thing that can help - the Facebook game and the mobile apps have different ad systems, which means if you're out of ads in one of them, you can still get more ads in the other.

I am unable to get free tickets-this has been going on for 3 days, please check into this as I usually am able to get 6-10 a day. thank you-lori hoffman
