    Unfortunately, they fixed the advertising, but it still doesn't work.  Every time since Saturday I get a popup that says "facebook error loading, please try again later", or something like that.  I've cleared the cache, checked to make sure I have the most recent version of flash player, and tried on both chrome and i.e., on both my desktop and laptop computers.   Had a discussion with tech support via email, but haven't heard from them in 2 days, ever since I gave them all the tech info they wanted (basically, did I try all the steps I just mentioned above).  Frustrating, I like playing on my desktop, can play on phone but like to relax after work by playing on the computer.  And the party mode is better on the computer too.

    When I connect to Facebook it won't work! I can hear the game music playing but the screen stays blue but if I use a email sign in it works!? Any ideas about why I'm having this issue?

    I haven't heard back from support yet despite sending them 2 different problem requests, both with detailed info as they asked. I hope they are working at fixing the issue now because it stinks to not be able to play on my computer! 

    I'm wondering how you sign in with email?  I only have through Facebook, not sure if the account is linked to my email address.  Maybe that's a way around it for now?

    My problems on Facebook are:

    A) The songs that I have marked as favorites do not have hearts under them, just white space.  When you hover over the song, that's when the heart appears.  Not a big deal, but annoying.

    B) When advancing from one "level" to another (ex: mastering four notes of a playlist and going into five), you get the sound that you have upped a level, but then a song plays and you have a blue screen with no choices.  You have to re-load the page to continue.

    I have tried uninstalling the Facebook app, I have cleared cache, etc.  Nothing works.  The Facebook app for me is a POS.  Much better using the iPhone.

    @Matt, you should probably open a bug report (using the "Submit a request" link above), as the support staff aren't really reading the messages in the General Discussion forum

    You may try the below suggestions. Hope you will find your solution. 

    1- Clear your browser cache: Sometimes, clearing your browser cache can help fix issues with Facebook games. To do this, go to your browser settings and look for the option to clear your cache and browsing data. Once you've done that, try opening SongPop2 again.

    2- Try a different browser: If clearing your cache doesn't work, try opening the game in a different browser. For example, if you're using Google Chrome, try opening the game in Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge.

    3- Check for updates: Make sure that your browser and Facebook app are up to date. If there are any updates available, install them and try opening the game again.

    4- Contact support: If none of the above steps work, you can contact SongPop2 support for further assistance. You can find their contact information by going to the game's Facebook page and looking for the "Support" or "Help" section.
