Is this considered cheating?
Recently when I play in party mode an user keep miracously getting over 2000 points every single round, but when I am playing with her in party mode she always get like 200 points except there will always be 1 playlist that somehow she is really good at and get 991 points, it is always 991 precisely,I felt like she is cheating and this is really unfair.

This usually happens because the score you see during your game is simulated (I believe it's based on the average of all people which are playing this playlist, but the exact formula is kept secret), while the score on the leaderboard reflects everyone's accumulated scores in all of their games ("quizzes").
So let's say you and me are in 1st and 2nd place in the party leaderboard, I keep using powerups which gives me the first place in each of the games i play (and something like 1500-2000 points), and you get the first place in each of the games you play, and even though you see "me" in your games losing to you, it's not really me, but a simulated player with an average score.
So long story short, this is not cheating. You can't understand a player's real abilities by looking at the in-game scores, just by following the jumps he/she makes in the leaderboard.

But usually the score will be different for each player in each round that I play, however that's not the case for her,she always get 991 constantly in one certain playlist, and this is not the first time happening,it happens in every single party that I have played with her.It may not be 991 in other parties but it will sure be scores at least 985 or above constantly in every single playlist.

Well all I know is there's too many cheats in party mood and not enough is done to fix it. The real question is the leaderboard, where real players actual scores are accumulated. How is it possible to clock 6 figure scores in the first hour of play. Its not, and yet it happens every day and nothing is done about it.
-
Oh, I've been able to get ~80,000 points in one hour. I assume that people who are better than me can get to 6 figures, especially if they have lots of power-ups to spare. Sorry if you still feel there's cheating involved, I don't know what else I can say to assure you it's fair play.

Oh I get these people ALL the time!!! It makes me crazy!! A player I talk to in another state tells me while in a battle he gets offered pop up offers of bundled extras including power ups, hundreds of tickets, and tons of coins. I asked him if he spends actual cash on it and he said no, but there has to be some sort of incentive or way to get these crazy point amounts! Kermit11 how did you get 8,000 pts in one hour? How do people get lots of power ups?

Well, the only bundle I've been suggested is the 1$ pack that gives you one hour of unlimited tickets + 10 powerups. It's very tempting although I haven't used it yet. I prefer watching ads all day for getting free tickets, plus I play against almost 100 people in normal-mode which gives me ~70 power-ups per week (1 per win).
Basically the math is like this: One game takes about 1 minute to complete (that depends of course on how fast you are). If you're playing all games with the booster (which costs 3 powerups per game), and you're good enough to win each of these games, then each win will give you ~900 pts for the base score, ~450 pts from the booster, and 1000 pts for the win bonus. Multiply 60 games with the average 2350 score and you get 140K in one hour. That's crazy, but possible.
