Daily Bonus
I log in every morning without fail. I also play Song Pop2 on two different devices with different accounts. Today my account says I missed a day, yet my other account is fine. I am absolutely positive I logged in yesterday morning. Because I am so sure of this I refuse to pay the revive fee and lost over 500 straight days of playing. 😟

Yep, this happened to me yesterday and twice in the past. Logged several help requests previously that went unanswered.
Gameplay showing opponents that I played at 23 hrs, 18hr, 1day etc., proved that I was logged in but they scammed me again. Dishonesty by the app makers to cash in on long-time players is appalling. I've taken screenshots showing the 'daily bonus' but as players,we do not have any way to prove that we logged in or that it was an app (THEIR) mistake so we get taken advantage of and must choose to either pay their ransom or lose 6 plus months of loyal and honest gameplay. I'm just glad I haven't reviewed them yet. -
It seems as if they have their own special clock when figuring what time to update the daily bonus for each player?? At what point do they decide that you have missed your login time? I don't believe it is at 24 hours! I usually login around 7:00 PM. but sometimes, I login multiple times a day. One night, I did my usual login and then later on, when I was unable to sleep, I logged back on around 2:00 in the morning. I played for about an hour and then suddenly, it took me to the daily bonus page. It had not been 24 hours since my last daily bonus. It is kind of difficult to accept that you have missed a day when there is no way of knowing how they are timing the daily bonus. I know I got sick to my stomach when I lost everything after 6 months straight of logging on. I have actually paid the amount to revive a couple of times just to avoid going back to nothing. The main thing I don't want to lose are the bonus streak amounts. I had all three at one time. Now I have two and am working my way back to the third one. I will be very upset if I lose those again. Most of the bonus rewards are stupid..like I can do without the 6 coin bonus or 1 power up. How about more party tickets?? I never seem to get those!

Hi Stacy, in my area (Victoria, Australia) the daily bonus clock for SongPop resets at 4am from memory which is (GMT+4.00). Currently we have daylight savings for summer so its at 5am (GMT+5.00). Daily bonus will show up when you first log in at or after the time for your area. If your already logged in it will come up on the screen when it happens, which is probably the only way you will get the time for your area. If you have daylight saving it will move by an hour when that starts or stops. Weekly tournament clock resets at 11am Monday in my area but everyone has access to the countdown clock for that.
Keep in mind we are assuming here that a SongPop day.starts and stops with the daily bonus and not midnight to midnight. I will try and get clarification on this.

I had only 1 and a half weeks to go...to finish the daily log In bonus, totally !!!...on my last square at the bottom...and for 3 days now...I don't get the screen to log in ! I got my weekly total on Sunday, ..but still no log in screen...is the daily bonus over ?...I also play on another acct...and I just gave up on it....it was hit or miss...usually...I got the first day or two...then nothing...then a revive for .99 cents !....it has never worked properly...but my main acct...I kept up with that for months...and now it is gone, and I am pissed !...I read if you go ahead and play your games, you will not get it....so I tried that...I played nothing, and still no log in bonus screen....what happened to it ?....3rd day now !....also, I log in every morning...and I see the time it will be available again...this time it did not return at the time stated...and has never been back ! I would like to play my games without having to worry about messing up my daily bonus. My thought was if they saw you had played that day, they should be able to retrieve your daily bonus....silly me !...lol...SongPop...I would like some answers and resolution please...Thank You
