Do you need to be higher up the levels to be able to even play PRAISE PARTY?!

  Nope, but they are rarer than other parties. Level does not impact the available parties, only VIP status for the VIP exclusive parties and having already owned a particular badge for the expert parties of the same type of badge.

  *You have to reach Gold or Platinum to be able to play Praise; Level does indeed affect the range of available parties, the higher levels 'unlock' more :)
