How do I ask a question and receive an answer?

I do not pay for SongPop and was under the impression I could play at least 30 players without being asked to pay but yet, I have only 26 active players and 8 that have ended the game (which have been there for like 3 weeks now) Yet when I try to challenge another random player, SongPop won't let me. Is it because those 8 people who ended the game are still present on my player list? It does say I have 34 players right now but in all reality 8 are unavailable to challenge. How do I get the 8 players that ended the game off my player list so that maybe I will be able to have 30 active games going and not 26? And if this is not the proper place to get the info. I require, where do I go to find an answer and receive some help to my question? Thank You SongPop Community. :-)  Sincerly, Mikey

  You should have a button to remove the players from the list after they ended the competition. In my android device this is a little X on the right side of the player's name. Are you using your mobile or Facebook to play?

  Hey Mikey your question about how to get help....basically there is none accept for what Kermit, Myself and occasionally a few other SP players provide when we have time.  You might do better if you pickup a crystal ball at the local market and ask it if you need regular help....lol

  I have a bunch of people that have ended games, yet they will not clear... My brother has the same problem... We play on our PC's.....Do we need to log in on FB in order to delete them completely?, or can we do it on GameRoom?

  I am going on a three week vacation and DO NOT want to loose one of my friends. How can I ensure we can still play and chat when I get back?

  Basically you'll have to ask them not to remove you. Otherwise if they need to make room for new opponents and go to the end of their list to find the least active players they will see you first.

  I cannot acces all my play lists.  It shows only 4.   Have typed in the names, but nothing of my other playlists come up!  Exasperating!  Help!
