Wrong songs playing
I am constantly reporting errors through the original SongPop app, as there seems to be no way to do it in SongPop 2, yet they are never fixed.
I must report a mistake nearly every day, where a song plays the wrong song (e.g. Sam Brown - Stop in Top Hits 1989), or a song doesn't belong in a category, or a remix or acoustic version of a song plays by mistake.
How can I get these mistakes noticed by the SongPop team?

"Submit a request" top right of screen raises a support ticket where you select "other" or click link below https://songpop2.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new There is no guarantee they will fix it quickly.

Hi Cshea32 sorry I can't help other than to say use the "submit a request" which is the only way to contact the SongPop support people. All of us here in the forum are "users" just like you and we have no connection with the management of SongPop. Yes I agree the support is getting really bad as evidenced by other comments similar to yours. I am interested what you mean by a "canned email" ?
