Derrick.. thanks... my problem got solved now, it was because i had a "old" annual vip membership. After changing to a monthly membership it is working fine for me.

it seems the game don't think i am VIP when i try to claim the rewards. but when i look at my profile i am VIP.. so weird ? I reported this - and i am getting ignored.. so far.. amazing.

Monthly missions - can't claim rewards
Every day there is a least one mission where i can't claim my reward "ooops something went wrong" i tried both on PC and Android. Any ideas ??
