I cannot get any of my September rewards- I earn them, but when it adds them a minus sign comes up and no rewards- this is the second month that I am getting no rewards even though I’ve earned tons...

Free tickets
You can usually get a free ticket about every 4 mins. For the past couple of days, this feature works to start and then after awhile the timer to get a free ticket disappears. Please fix.
