I didn't got my rewards

I didn't got my rewards for guessing 100 songs or artists in a row. I play for 10 years now and I have guessed 100 songs in a row many times, but I still don't get the reward Music Series IV.

It's with the performance rewards, which I have 52 now, but it have to be 53.
