Hey SongPop community!
I have a problem with the billing from SongPop. Namely, I was a regular VIP for 4.99 a month and after the change from VIP & Diamond VIP to SongPop Plus, I didn't renew my VIP subscription, which means I am now a regular SongPop player. But, without the perks of VIP, etc., I still get monthly bills, which means 4.99 euros are taken away from my bank account (bill :"Microsoft*1 Month VIP 2 msbill.info"). Of course, since I don't get any perks for this, then I would like this money to stop going away from my bank account, as it has been doing for a couple/some months now. How to do this and would it be even possible to get back the money that went for nothing? Thank you very much in advance!
