Claiming mission rewards

For a month now I haven’t been able to claim my rewards for missions. The opportunity to do so doesn’t even show. Any ideas ?

  I’m having the same problem.  I never was able to retrieve a reward during August, and it hasn’t changed this month either. This game used to be a lot more fun.

  I went to remove and reload the game but ended up downloading the new version and merging them. That seems to have worked, well for me anyway. Not sure if that’s any help to you
