Badge trade in

Songpop should have a badge trading post. For instance - if you get the monthly badge with 3 stars and get one more with just one star, you'll never be able to earn another one star to upgrade the badge. So they should make a badge trade in program so that we can trade in badges we can't upgrade for badges we need.
