not happy with the new VIP situation

I'm upset over the increase of VIP pricing. Quite frankly I was fine paying the $4.99 monthly charge, but  you're doing this at the wrong time. Prices are out of control practically in every sector and your doubling the monthly charge. I had to drop VIP. I enjoy it and I don't mind paying the current price but I find it very hard to justify to my wife with all the other bills going up. I'll try to continue to play though the free platform, but it becomes more of a chore then a game. I have 1700 tickets and I will probably stop earning a daily ticket bonus and try to play out the tickets I already have, but I imagine without the VIP I will lose interest.

I would urge you to reconsider your stance on this and add a 3rd more reasonable charge. If you try to do that in the middle of the summer I guarantee you I will not re-up. That would just tell me you are losing too many customers and are acting accordingly instead of in goodwill. Diablo immortal is coming out next month and I believe that will keep me more then busy. If you cannot do this I thank you for the distraction the last two years.
