Question about 2 SongPop accounts

I have a SongPop account on my new iPhone and also have a different SongPop account on my old iPhone.  My old phone just died completely! Is there any way to recover the account from my old phone and transfer and play on my iPad so I don’t lose all the players I’ve been playing with many years?  Or, can I somehow go on line and log in without the App and play?

  So long as you have the login information for the account, you can still play on that same account on different devices. That's how I'm logged in on both the computer and my phone at once
