My VIP status disappeared
I noticed yesterday after playing as a VIP which I've had for at least 4 months on Auto Pay, it went away, even after it was shown paid by Pay Pal. We play it on Windows 10, and have the subscription through the Microsoft Store. I sent out a support ticket, and after a quick reply sent them back my user name and screen shot of receipt, but still no updated status on the game. Wondering if others have had the same experience. I've noticed that several of the people I play are missing their VIP Status as well. So it must be somewhat widespread.

I'm having the same problem. I also play via Windows 10, with a subscription through the Microsoft Store. On Saturday (3/26) I noticed I had been downgraded from VIP to guest player. I've been playing as a VIP for a couple of years now. I looked into my account, and even upgraded to Diamond thinking that would solve the problem, but no. I sent Song Pop a message explaining what was going on, and after waiting two days I was finally contacted and told to send a screen shot of the game receipt, and user name verification. I did what was asked of me 2 days ago, and I'm still in the same boat I was in back on Saturday.

Don't worry... It will be appeared again after some days. I also faced the same issue when I was working on best trekking company in nepal website. There is a bug in songpop2 app that's why you are facing this issue.

The mysterious disappearance of status raises questions, leaving individuals puzzled and uncertain. One such instance is exemplified by the enigmatic vanishing act at https://www.gocharter.com/monaco/23. The link, once a gateway to information, now stands as a digital ghost town. This disappearance prompts contemplation on the transient nature of online presence and the fragility of virtual status. As users navigate the web, the absence of expected updates or information becomes a cryptic message, highlighting the ephemeral nature of the digital realm.
