My VIP status disappeared

    I'm having the same problem. I also play via Windows 10, with a subscription through the Microsoft Store. On Saturday (3/26) I noticed I had been downgraded from VIP to guest player. I've been playing as a VIP for a couple of years now. I looked into my account, and even upgraded to Diamond thinking that would solve the problem, but no. I sent Song Pop a message explaining what was going on, and after waiting two days I was finally contacted and told to send a screen shot of the game receipt, and user name verification. I did what was asked of me 2 days ago, and I'm still in the same boat I was in back on Saturday.

    Glad to hear that it wasn't only me. But I'm happy to report that as of today our VIP is back up and running again. Now it required an app update on Windows 10, but it showed our VIP as back up for another month. So check for an update, and it should be good. Good Luck.

    Don't worry... It will be appeared again after some days. I also faced the same issue when I was working on best trekking company in nepal website. There is a bug in songpop2 app that's why you are facing this issue.
