It looks it looks like the Diamond VIPS automatically have the multiplier added to their score when they collect. They don’t have the multiplier option either they just automatically get it as of today. Better not be a ploy to get more DVIPs….they’ll end up losing regular VIPs. I have reported the issue as have others.Â

my concern is that they added this new trophy thing and it lets you see how far you’re behind all the dvip who can get like 4x rewards on missions. adding that feels like it’s purposeful — take away the options of those who pay for a tier and make them see how nice diamond is. Personally, I’m thinking I may delete my diamond pvp opponents, accept I’ll never win a party, and just try to create a dvip-free space on the game. And seriously, I get that it’s an option that basically gives you a big advantage in all aspects of the game as long as you know the actual songs. Like, if that’s what you need to have fun, then go for it. But this step is absolutely ridiculous and makes me judge the dvips’ subscription level even more than before.Â

I got a response to the ticket I put in this morning. They said they are aware of the problem and are working on it. In the meantime, we won’t get the extra stars but they hope to have it fixed this week. So it doesn’t sound like they have done away with the bonus, but that it is a server issue they are working on. I am going to cash in my dailies but hold on to my weeklies in the hopes it gets fixed this week.Â

Yes, thank you Val for the update on what is going on behind the scenes. We noticed the lack of the 1.5 bonus points option too. As we are regular VIP's as well. So I do hope it comes back with them working on it. We are following your lead already as well, just cashing in on the dailies, while holding off on the weekly ones. Yes, please keep us posted.Â

Muchas Gracias Val por actualizarnos que paso con el tema del 1,5 puntos adicionales, yo también note el mismo problema desde ayer y hoy también, complete todo y no pude recibir el bono, yo no soy VIP ni mucho menos Diamond, es muy injusto si solo DVIP lo tienen, espero sea como comentaste y en una semana tengan solucionado lo del servidor, infórmanos cualquier cosa.

Thank you for the update Val. I've updated on my phone already, but I haven't gotten the update on my PC. I'm like Jason43 and play on my Windows 10 computer. I just checked and it must not have updated yet hopefully soon.Â
Jason43, the update should happen automatically. But search within the Microsoft store for SongPop2, if it's available for an update it will show you.
I'm going to try and collect the bonuses on updated phone app and see how that works. That may be a workaround for now.

Andy Kroh a mi me aparece lo del adicional de 1,5 entrando con el celu, lo tengo tambiĂ©n con la notebook el juego y ahĂ aun no me da la opciĂłn, de seguro como dijiste en los prĂłximos dĂas lo van a actualizar, pero hago todas las misiones por acá y despuĂ©s las reclamo entrando con el celu.

Andy Kroh I'm looking at the Microsoft Store page for the game, it says nothing about an update. It never tells me when there's updates available. They just happen either randomly during the day or upon starting the game. It doesn't tell you when it's going to update at all
Either way, I claimed my weekly stuff on mobile [didn't see this in time to get the dailies for today], but man this game is laggy on my phone [before you ask, it's a brand new phone]. A workaround for certain, but a slow one

Val, we did have the basic subscription for the longest time until last month when we updated to VIP, and yes we did get the 1.5x option as well in gameplay.
Edward Reese-Wensley, I just checked today and it's still not updated in the Microsoft store, or in gameplay. I just sent out a ticket to Tech Support, so I'll let you know if I hear anything.Â
Yes the gameplay is very laggy on my phone too. It's a newer LG Premier Pro Plus. So that's why we play it on the PC. Much smoother on Windows 10. Plus Altec Lansing speakers with Sub to help with the sound. At least we have a workaround for now.

I got a response from tech support, and they said that they are aware of the issue on Windows 10 but they are still working on a fix for it. They just have Android and IOS users restored. So it's at least something. My Windows 10 version is still the same as of today 1/7/22. I went to claim the extra points today on my Android app, and it showed no video available. I tried to go back in, and even forced stop the app and nothing. Oh well, I tried. Maybe tomorrow.
