How to Connect Canon Printer to WiFi Router without using WPS Button?
Install and launch 'Canon IJ Network Device Setup Utilities.'
Turn on the printer and connect it via USB.
Complete the connection process by selecting the USB connection option.
Change the connection type to IPv4. Enter the printer password, which is the printer's serial number.
Select the wifi network, enter the wifi network password, and then finish the connection process.
The setup is now complete. Remove the USB cable and select Add Printer from the Control Panel's Add a device menu. The printer is now operational.

I’m actually dealing with a similar issue right now, trying to connect a different device to my Wi-Fi without using the WPS button. It’s been tricky! I haven’t figured out a solution yet either. While working on this, I’ve also had some interference with some garage door opener service and am looking for ways to troubleshoot both. If I find a solution, I’ll definitely share it here!
