Request non-rewards playlist get upgraded?

Sometimes playlists without rewards *seem like they fill a niche that deserves the motivation of badges and mastery rewards. It would be cool if there were some way to request re-release of these with the full rewards.

  Agreed. I’m sure those lists don’t get played much at all so why not give players more insentive and give some sort of reward.
