I have ALREADY done my part bringing this problem to you. I would have preferred using THAT thread to address it. Unfortunately you LOCKED it, so there is where it lies now. 

Playing this game w/o sound... Is not sustainable. FIX IT NOW!

  good luck darcy...........they dont fix much....matter of fact,your lucky if they get back to you....it usually takes awhile...customer service is terrible....OH....but their good at taking your money.

  This forum is useless for getting results.  And if you dare to criticize things, they'll lock the thread or send it into "pending approval" purgatory.

  However, it is extremely helpful in helping me save money.  I have considered buying VIP many times, but then I come here and see how many problems there are that are completely ignored and I wise up.  They get none of my hard earned dollars until they decide to support the game.

  they dont care....i found site where there are lots of disgruntled songpop people....its amazing how bad this company is
