I purchased this and the money was taken out of my card. but I did not get it. Please fix it

  hopefully they fixed your problem..........usually they ignore it....and continue to charge you.

  they do this to me every month??/ and dont fix the issue........also it takes them forever to respond....yet..they have no problem taking out the money?
