No video in reward

I did not get any videos when I finish mission for 3 days now? Anyone else have this problem? How can I get videos?

  Happens all the time.  I think that it is just a case where they don't have a sponsor.  I have sent them messages many times and they never reply.  I am sure if I didn't pay each month they would notice though...
