I have a monthly subscription for Diamond VIP. Every month I get charged but I have to contact support to have it "reactivated". This time, my Diamond VIP has been downgraded (not by me) to VIP status. It says my current subscription expires on 8/8/2021 which is today but according to my account settings, it doesn't expire for another 29 days. I am getting very tired of having to constantly contact support. I can't even cancel the subscription on the SongPop 2 game.
