UPDATE for Missions????????????????

I am reading in the SP rooms that there was supposed to be some kind of update yesterday in order to get all of your points for the missions.  I did not receive any notification of this update and therefore I am behind in the missions even though I've completed them all. Please explain how to "update" if you are playing on a PC and not a phone....and does this mean those who did not update yesterday will be short on points at the end of August?
