Last day of missions- impossible to reach reward

I’ve completed all my daily/weekly/monthly missions for July and still am about 300 points short of the last reward. Anyone else ? Seems like a waste of tickets spent to play a mission (or ten) when I can’t even get the reward for it

  You may have missed out on some of the bonus points for the weekly and monthly missions.  I think I completed every single one of the basic player missions for July, that got me to level 30 (the badge) and the first level bonus treasure chest.

  I can't there either! I have not missed any bonus points. 
  
  

  For the last category --it is so confusing--the title is monthly missions but 

  then it says "Complete 16 weekly missions". So which is it?

   I have been on 11/16 since Since mid July. I have played every til ALL MISSIONS and ALL REWARDS are completed. Red bar has NOT MOVE AT ALL.

  Now it is the end of July And I am on level 29 trying to get to 30 for the starfish. But I Can't find the

  song of the day Kool Thing by Sonic Youth. 
  IT IS I POSSIBLE. I AGREE A WASTE OF TIME, MONEY, ETC.

  The requirement to get the monthly reward is to complete all 16 of the weekly missions.  As you complete one weekly mission, you will see it the monthly reward move up by one.  But there are only 16 weekly missions for the month, 4 per week, so if you miss any one of the weekly missions, you cannot complete the monthly mission.

  It is possible to get the badge but it requires a total commitment for the month and completion of virtually every daily mission.  If you miss even a single day, you cannot reach the badge.
