Monthly Missions

I have collected or claimed all my  weekly missions and daily missions. But I don't ever see a change under the heading of Monthly Missions. Right now the orange color is at 16/20. July is almost over. So what am I supposed to do to get the starfish. I am at 29 level. I am trying to get to 30 which is the starfish.

  I wish SongPop would explain how to use the strategies of ALL the new fun stuff that I found.

  It does no player any good if they don't know what to do.
