Mission impossible?

I'm curious if it's possible for a basic member to complete the monthly mission. As the points that are necessary to reach the next level increase extraordinary, I really doubt it. Maybe for the last step you need 1000 points?! And although I understand that you want us to become VIPs, it's peculiar that a VIP gains 70 points for challenging 3 players, what is NO problem at all, while finding the song of the day brings the same points and that is really tricky. So why not simply donate the badge for the VIPs? The missions were a good idea, but if it's a piss take in the end, I'm out.

  I'm curious myself.  I didn't see the June one until halfway through the month so I had no hope there.  I've completed every mission possible for a basic member so far this month.  I'm at about level 27 right now.  Time will tell if I can reach the final goal.  If not, whatever, just a useless badge.  I will carry on with the missions for the free stuff, but I won't even bother trying for the trickier ones if it's impossible.

  Regardless, I have no interest in purchasing VIP because if I were to do so, I would have every playlist that interests me mastered in a matter of weeks, then I would have no further desire to play.

  I’m Diamond VIP, I didn’t even hear about the Missions until the 3rd week in June. From what I can’t tell it was rolled out in phases. My thinking, so everyone isn’t doing the same “missions “ at the same time. I agree, the points don’t make sense. Took me 45 minutes to get the song of the day. That’s the same points as challenging 3 players??? It seems they could add more easier things daily. I understand what they’re trying to do. Expose people to different music, show players different things they could do & get some players out of a rut they may be in.

  So it is actually possible to earn the badge under basic.  You definately need the bonus points from the monthly and weekly challenges though.

  I think you can. I earned the badge a few days ago, now in in some bonus thing. So what I’m trying to say, it doesn’t end until July 31st. What mission level are you at right now?

  I managed it as well, but as Jason43 said, you need to fulfill the weekly and monthly missions. I still quarrel with the points - to find the song of the day is the hardest part, it should be worth much more points, but I'm glad that a basic member can do that 😊
