Opponent loses a game but Wins!

There is one opponent that always loses the match yet gets the win when I didn’t get any wrong. I have two screen shots that I wish I could upload. Please advise and don’t send me a canned response. Of course you don’t have an option for this topic.

  Hi Pam thus is a user forum where we try to help each other, not the game support. If you can work out how to post pics or quote the times for each player I can probably explain the scoring for you

  It's strange, in my entire life I didn't face any issue like this. I will recommend you to wait for support team reply of songpop2. They can guide you better

  The game gives you points for the questions you get right but also awards you more points the faster you answer them correctly. Is it possible that you do answer all your questions correctly but are much slower than your opponent? If so that could be why they are winning even if you get all 5 correct.

  Hi, it could’ve this opponent is guessing the songs faster than you, there are many times I win, even if I miss one,  if you’re faster at guessing, even if you miss one and the opponent gets all five, you still can win. It goes by speed and accuracy. This one opponent may be a lot faster than you,, just saw someone else explained this. Sorry,
