Stioll trying to revive after 9 days

I had someone help me a week ago Friday with this problem - it worked and then  the next day it did not work AGAIN - I can't even revive it for 99 cents. I have now lost 7 days of playing - I have email  Regina about thgis twice this week, but have not heard anything back.
